The Senior secondary school is usually called the deciding class because most times, students begin to choose their career path from here differentiating their strengths from weakness and improving on where necessary, varieties of subjects are taught in these classes such as English language, Mathematics, Computer Studies, Civic Education, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Economics, Government, Data Processing, Commerce, Literature in English, Christian Religious Studies, Visual Art, Book Keeping, Geography, Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing, Foods and Nutrition, Igbo language and French.

At Pentecost group of schools, our learners are taught and prepared for:

West African Senior School Certificate Examination, WASSCE 

National Examination Council Examinations, NECO

University Matriculation Examination UME

All our students offer at least twelve subjects in the first year of the senior secondary school until the third term of the second year. Among the twelve subjects, there are certain subjects that are compulsory for every learner. They are:

Data processing or Book keeping

A science subject
